Admissions Online

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Katz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton.

All applications must be completed online as it simplifies submission process and provides parents the ability to easily track the status of their child's application.

New KHDS Families: To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Existing KHDS Families: Log into your FACTS account. Select Apply/Enroll from the menu items on the left. Select Application and follow the prompts from there.

Please Note:  If you select a grade and only a Waitpool Form option is offered, that means the class you are trying to apply to is currently full.  We welcome you to complete the Waitpool Form and we will contact you if/when the opportunity to apply arises.

A non-refundable fee of $197 must be submitted with each application. ($175 application fee and a $22 FACTS processing fee).  There is no fee to submit a Waitpool Form.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Risa Kahane at 561-470-5000 ext. 276.
